PLUS faced a new challenge: integrating the separate workplaces of the service office, the stores and the distribution centres into one integrated workplace concept.
The new workplace concept had to support digital collaboration in a secure environment, be modern and up to date, and come with a standard setup. It also had to deliver cost savings, be easier to manage and provide automatic updates, increasing the efficiency of the operation. With this goal in mind, PLUS once again called on the expertise of Digital Survival Company.
From design to operational workplace
Digital Survival Company designed and implemented an integrated digital workplace that meets PLUS's technical, functional and security requirements. Various systems and processes were brought together into one seamless digital environment for fixed and mobile devices, within the framework of the PLUS Retail Architecture and Security requirements.
The new workplace delivers better collaboration and communication between departments, easier access to information and applications, stronger security and higher operational efficiency.
