What data do we process?
When you contact us, enter into an agreement with us, or use our services, we may process personal data such as:

- company details, including Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers;
- usernames, login and system data that are necessary for our services;
- correspondence via email, contact forms and other communication channels;
- technical data such as IP address, browser information and log data.
We only process personal data that is necessary for providing our services, maintaining contact, or complying with legal obligations.

- contact and inquiry data: a maximum of 12 months after the contact has concluded;
- contract and project files: for the duration of the agreement and a maximum of 12 months thereafter;
- financial administration, including invoices and payment data: 7 years in accordance with tax legislation.
Where a statutory retention obligation prescribes a longer period, we will apply that period.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, misuse or unauthorised processing.
