FAQ
Our Microsoft 365 environment is already running. Can we start with Copilot right away?
Technically, yes, but it's not advisable without a Copilot readiness assessment. The most common issues are data that isn't properly classified, access rights that are set too broadly, and SharePoint libraries that contain more information than employees should be able to see. Copilot indexes all that data and can therefore indirectly surface it to users who shouldn't actually have access to it.
How much productivity gain can we expect from Copilot?
Microsoft publishes research pointing to time savings of several hours per week per employee, but those figures depend heavily on how Copilot is deployed and how good adoption is. Organizations that invest in training and use case development see significantly more return than organizations that roll out Copilot and leave the rest to employees.
What does a Copilot license cost, and who pays for implementation guidance?
Copilot licenses are a monthly add-on on top of M365 license costs. As a CSP Tier 1, we supply the licenses directly through Microsoft.
