FAQ
Our Microsoft 365 environment is already running. Can we start with Copilot right away?
Technically, yes, but it's not wise without a Copilot readiness assessment first. The most common problems are data that isn't properly classified, access rights that are set too broadly, and SharePoint libraries that contain more information than employees should be able to see. Copilot indexes all that data and can therefore indirectly expose it to users who shouldn't actually have access to it.
How much productivity gain can we expect from Copilot?
Microsoft publishes research pointing to time savings of several hours per week per employee, but those figures depend heavily on how Copilot is deployed and how good the adoption is. Organisations that invest in training and use case development get significantly more return than organisations that roll Copilot out and leave the rest to employees.
What does a Copilot license cost, and who pays for implementation guidance?
Copilot licences are a monthly add-on on top of your M365 licence costs. As a CSP Tier 1 partner, we supply the licences directly through Microsoft. Costs for the readiness assessment, technical implementation and adoption guidance are quoted separately, tailored to the scale of your organisation and the state of your existing environment.
