How do you determine which applications migrate first?

What if an application can't simply move to the cloud?
Not every application is immediately suitable for the cloud. We flag this early and advise on a case-by-case basis: modernise, replace with a cloud-native alternative, or deliberately keep on-premise. We don't carry out a migration that doesn't make sense.
What happens if something goes wrong during the migration?
Every migration is prepared with a tested rollback plan. If something goes wrong, we can revert to the previous situation without data loss. We never migrate without that assurance.
