Challenge
Maandag® is growing, and therefore needed a new digital workplace that fits the organisation. The workplace had to be efficient and secure, and improve collaboration and communication between departments. There was no standardised workplace and there were no clear procedures. This made onboarding new employees difficult and came at the expense of operational efficiency.
A green field workplace
Digital Survival Company set up an entirely new workplace for Maandag®, focused on automation, standardisation and security policies. Working closely with Maandag®'s specialists and users, the workplace was configured and tested against the agreed High Level Design. This was followed by the migration and a rollout of the workplace per user group.
Adopting the Modern Workplace has brought lasting change within Maandag®. Employees work more efficiently and flexibly, in a secure and well-organised environment.
