Introduction
Maandag® is a leading organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality services through modern digital technology. They brought in Digital Survival Company to implement their new Microsoft Modern Workplace and roll out an effective adoption process.
About the project
Maandag® faced the challenge of implementing a new digital workplace that would keep pace with the needs of their growing organisation. They wanted to create an advanced workplace that would not only improve efficiency and security, but also strengthen collaboration and communication between departments. Without a standardised workplace and clear procedures, onboarding new employees and maintaining operational efficiency had become increasingly difficult.
Digital Survival Company built a "green field" new workplace for Maandag®, focused on automation, standardisation and security policies. Working closely with Maandag®'s specialists and users, the workplace was configured and tested against the agreed High Level Design. A migration strategy was then developed and executed, followed by a phased rollout of the workplace per user group.
The new digital workplace has delivered significant benefits for Maandag®. Collaboration between departments has improved thanks to a standardised workplace environment and clear guidelines for digital (co-)working, resulting in a more efficient working environment. Security and clarity have also improved, thanks to solid security policies and a well thought-out information architecture.
Adopting the Modern Workplace has brought lasting change within Maandag®, enabling employees to work more efficiently and flexibly.
