Our story
In 2018, a group of like-minded people joined forces. They wanted to build the managed services provider they themselves would want to be a customer of. Eight years later, more than 300 Survivors carry that story forward, every day with the same drive and ambition as on day one.

The managed services provider we were missing, so we built it
Digital Survival Company started in 2018 with a simple observation: clients were rarely satisfied with their managed services provider, and that had to change. Their tech stack grew more complex every year, with cloud-native as the new standard, while their provider kept delivering the same thing it had ten years earlier. The value chain needed to stay manageable, and that was exactly the bridge traditional providers failed to build.
Clients settled for less, because a real alternative was missing. Until now.
For us, cloud-native is the starting point. Not the destination.
Many organisations have moved to the cloud, but brought their old ways of working with them: applications migrated without being reviewed, management still run as if it were dealing with physical servers. The cloud then becomes a more expensive version of the past, instead of a foundation that moves with you.
Digital Survival Company is cloud-born: set up in and for the cloud, without the baggage of a past in data centres. That's why cloud-native isn't an ambition for us, but a starting principle. Environments that scale with usage, security that's built in by default, updates that happen continuously instead of as an annual project. For enterprise and public organisations, that means lower management overhead, control over costs, and a foundation that absorbs AI, new legislation and changing requirements without having to be rebuilt every time.

Our ambition
We're not there yet, and that's exactly the point. Today, we are the modern managed services provider for our clients in work that cannot afford to fail. But that's not an end point, it's a daily promise.
Our ambition can't be captured in quarterly figures, but in what we can show tomorrow. We want to be the party that organisations with mission-critical IT choose when it really counts. The provider that keeps challenging the market with craftsmanship at its core and the drive to be better every day than we were yesterday.
The Survivors
We earn trust, every single day. We put quality above scale. And we remain the challenger of the market, even now that we're no longer the smallest. We remain the answer to a market that settles too easily for less.
We are Survivors. And every new Survivor who joins tomorrow signs up for exactly this story.
