Due to our fast growth, now around 50 FTE and rapidly growing, we are looking for that one Survivor that can help us in our HR journey. As our HR Manager you create the foundation of our human resources policy and help building the company. Within your role you have an important task in devising, formulating and realizing the strategic HR objectives and organizational changes of Digital Survival Company. You maintain a good relationship with the Management Team as well as the Customer Operations Managers. In addition you take a leading role in the implementation of HR projects around themes such as strategic personnel planning, talent management and HR Analytics. Together with the Customer Operation Managers you work together on the strategic deployment of the HR function within their multidisciplinary teams. You will be given plenty of room for input and initiative within themes such as employee satisfaction, on and offfboarding, mobility policy and further working out our vitality programs. You will work in a great team with motivated professionals that act like a digital family.
